Last updated August 29, 2026
Acceptance
By accessing QUIPUSOL, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized to access the connected company's financial information and QuickBooks Online account.
Service
QUIPUSOL provides a workspace for viewing QuickBooks information, generating reports and exports, and preparing bookkeeping operations. It is an operational tool and does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
Authorized use
You must use the service only for lawful business purposes, protect your account access, and avoid attempting to bypass security, approval, or usage controls. You are responsible for the accuracy and authorization of information submitted through the service.
Supervisor approval
Proposed QuickBooks uploads, additions, or changes are held for supervisor review. A request is not posted to QuickBooks until the designated supervisor approves it. Users must independently verify approved entries and reports before relying on them.
Third-party services
The service integrates with QuickBooks Online and depends on Intuit's APIs and availability. Your use of QuickBooks remains subject to your agreement with Intuit. QUIPUSOL is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or account restrictions.
Availability and warranty
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and users remain responsible for maintaining appropriate records, controls, and backups.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended to protect financial data, comply with law, or respond to misuse. An authorized user may stop using the service and disconnect the QuickBooks connection at any time.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. Questions should be directed through the QUIPUSOL account administrator or the contact channel published at quipusol.com.
